• The DoubleTree provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport as well as within a 3 mile radius of the hotel.
• The BRATS ALL AREA Reunion will provide buses for our Explore Downtown San Antonio event on Saturday. 

Great question!

We decided to try something new this year so we started to sell tickets for a little as $50! Then we had a ticket sell for $51 and then $52 - do you see a pattern here? Here's a hint: We're selling a ticket and then increasing the price by $1 however, no ticket will cost more than $175 if you purchase it ahead of time. 

We suggest grabbing your ticket before the price goes up again!

Unfortunately not. Our ticket price(s) cover all events and we have no way to break out the per event / per person cost. In the past we tried to have seperate event tickets but that didn't work out well for us. 

Please remember that the sooner your purchase your reunion ticket, the cheaper it will be.

Your ticket price also helps cover operational costs, event space & site fees. 

• Thursday : Skate Party <location TBD> : Camouflage Theme
• Friday : The BRAT Splash Pool Party, The Blake Huffington Belly Flop Contest, Brat Chat, BRATS Pajama Jammy Jam Party
• Saturday : Community Service Event, Explore Downtown San Antonio, Wild Wild West Main Event.
• Sunday : The Handover

• The short answer is No!
• The long answer is; we have themed events in an effort to promote fun and togetherness. 

Tricky question - the answer is Yes and No. There are family friendly events but a lot of BRATS come the reunion to unwind and unleash some of their adult energy and excitement. 

• Registration will be conducted during our BRAT Splash Pool Party.
• You will receive your reunion T-Shirt when you complete registration.
• If you are unable to check-in during our Pool Party contact Cory Jenkins directly.

Yes, use our official link to be sure you're receiving the BRATS All Area group rate which also includes free breakfast each day of your stay.

Congrats! As in years past, we'll be using Ticketleap to issue Selfie Tickets. When you purchased your reunion ticket you provided your email address. During the last 2 weeks of May 2025 we'll send you an email with a code to use to complete your selfie ticket on Ticketleap!

• Spread the word!
• Encourage your friends to attend.
• Be proactive and get up-to-date from our FB Group Page.
• Share one of our promo pics on your personal page.
• Commit to volunteer at the reunion for an hour or so to help with decorating, party set-up and event flow management.
• Sponsor a BRAT who may need a reunion ticket or a room for a night. Contact Cory Jenkins for more information.

Yes, we are equipped to accept your financial donation, your prize donation or an item to give away for free. 

Prize donations and Giveaways are a great way for small or startup businesses to promote their products and services to a direct network of over 10k Military Brats. 

• Non-Refundable Costs: We pay for venues and other event expenses in advance, which are often non-refundable. Our commitment to you relays on your commitment to us. Refunds can impact our ability to continue operating and hosting events.

• Vendor Commitments: We rely on ticket sales to honor commitments to vendors.

• Event Planning: Refunds can lead to last-minute cancellations, making it difficult to adjust logistics.

• Alternative Options: We offer options like ticket transfers to other attendees and with our ticket structure, you may be able to resell your ticket at a small profit. (If you decide to do that, please let us know. )

This policy helps us ensure a smooth event experience for all attendees.
